At Ekabhumi Superfoods, we’re committed to ensuring your favorite snacks reach you fresh and on time. We partner with Flexport as our trusted 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider to manage storage, shipping, and delivery efficiently.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

With Flexport managing our logistics, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress through Flexport’s logistics network.

Issues with Delivery

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged products:

  • Contact us at support@eatthis-superfood.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • We will work with Flexport to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@eatthis-superfood.com.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

We will work closely with Flexport to resolve the matter promptly through replacements or refunds as needed.
