Payments

We offer a variety of payment options to make your checkout experience smooth, secure, and hassle-free. You can complete your purchase using:

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are also supported.

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Returns

Non-Returnable Items:
All food products, including our foxnuts, are non-returnable once purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us at returns@eatthis-superfood.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of both the product and its packaging. Once verified, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Once we’ve verified the issue with your order, we will promptly initiate the refund. Most major credit card providers typically take 5–7 business days to process the refund before it reflects in your bank account.

The best way to request changes to your order is by emailing our support team. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any modifications. In such cases, you’ll need to place a new order.

Shipping

Once your payment is confirmed, we process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times, managed through our logistics partner Flexport, are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or any unexpected carrier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at sales@eatthis-superfood.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number and any relevant details. If applicable, we also recommend checking your tracking information for updates.

We’ll work closely with our logistics partner, Flexport, to investigate the issue and ensure it’s resolved promptly- whether through a replacement or refund.
